Shipping policy

We ship throughout Poland, to most European countries, and to selected countries on other continents.

Domestic shipments are dispatched the same day if the order is placed and paid by 12:00 (noon); if paid after 12:00, dispatch is the next day. Delivery usually takes no longer than 3 business days from the moment the payment is booked. For international deliveries, the estimated time and available shipping methods will be shown at checkout when you select the destination country and delivery method.

Each shipment includes the order confirmation, a detailed product specification, and a receipt or a VAT invoice (upon request).
